Consumer receivers supporting RDS2
What is meant is that receivers listed here support at least one of the IEC 62106 standardized apps designed for RDS2. These are Station logo (AID= 0xFF7F), Slideshow (AID= 0xFF80) and Internet connection (AID= 0xFF70).
In addition Tunnelling, i.e transmission of legacy group types 0 to 15 over the upper data streams 1 to 3 should be supported.
Manufacturers that have designed such receivers are requested to inform the RDS Forum (rdsforum@bluewin.ch) of their existence so that they can be listed on this page.
Caméon and EURADIO in Nantes (France) have created an on-air (101.3 MHz) demo of the RDS2 apps Station logo and Slideshow.
